Each step of your shipment is recorded by our teams with the date, the location and a message. Here is what the statuses you may see on the tracking page and in our emails mean.

  • CreatedThe shipment is registered and its tracking number assigned. The label can be printed.
  • Picked upOur teams have collected the parcel from the shipper, or it has been dropped off at a hub.
  • In transitThe parcel is travelling between two steps: by road, by air or by sea.
  • At hubThe parcel has arrived at one of our hubs, where it is sorted before moving on.
  • In customsCustoms formalities are under way, for export or import.
  • Out for deliveryThe parcel is with the courier for delivery today.
  • DeliveredThe parcel has been handed to the recipient. A photo or signature may serve as proof.
  • Delivery failedDelivery could not take place (recipient absent, incomplete address). A new attempt is planned.
  • On holdThe shipment is temporarily stopped, often while awaiting a document or information.
  • ReturnedThe parcel is being sent back to the shipper, for example after several unsuccessful delivery attempts.

The estimated delivery date

It is set at registration based on the mode of transport and the destination, then adjusted if needed. A longer customs clearance or an absent recipient can push it back.
