No account needed: the number is on the label and in the confirmation email.

Your number

Where can you find your tracking number?

On the label

The number (format JPL-XXXX-XXXXXXX) is printed in large type under the barcode.

With the QR code

Scan the QR code on the label with your phone: the tracking page opens directly.

In our emails

Every tracking email repeats the number and contains a “Track my parcel” button.

Statuses

What each status means

Each step is entered by our teams with the date, the location and a message.

  • Created

The shipment is registered and its tracking number assigned. The label can be printed.

  • Picked up

Our teams have collected the parcel from the shipper, or it has been dropped off at a hub.

  • In transit

The parcel is travelling between two steps: by road, by air or by sea.

  • At hub

The parcel has arrived at one of our hubs, where it is sorted before moving on.

  • In customs

Customs formalities are under way, for export or import.

  • Out for delivery

The parcel is with the courier for delivery today.

  • Delivered

The parcel has been handed to the recipient. A photo or signature may serve as proof.

  • Delivery failed

Delivery could not take place (recipient absent, incomplete address). A new attempt is planned.

  • On hold

The shipment is temporarily stopped, often while awaiting a document or information.

  • Returned

The parcel is being sent back to the shipper, for example after several unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Questions about tracking

Where can I find my tracking number?

On your shipment label (format JPL-XXXX-XXXXXXX, for example JPL-6H73-HYVK3H8) and in the confirmation email. The QR code on the label opens the tracking page directly.

Do I need an account to track a parcel?

No. The tracking number is enough: enter it on the home page or on the Track page.

My number is not recognised

Check that it is complete: the JPL prefix followed by two groups of characters (JPL-XXXX-XXXXXXX). Spaces, upper and lower case are accepted. If the parcel was just dropped off, it may appear a few hours later.

Why is the recipient's name partially hidden?

To protect privacy: the public page shows no phone number, address or email, and names are shortened (for example “Clara M.”).

My shipment has not moved for several days

Ocean crossings and customs clearance can last several days without a new step. If the delay seems unusual, contact us with your tracking number.
